01How long does delivery from China to Azerbaijan take?
Rail and road usually 18 to 30 days, sea 35 to 50 days, air 5 to 10 days, depending on the goods and the season.
02Can you buy from 1688 or Alibaba for me?
Yes. We check the seller, buy in RMB on your behalf, inspect the goods in Guangzhou and ship them as one consignment.
03What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum. Consolidation makes small orders from several factories economical.
04How do you charge?
A service fee on the purchase value plus the actual shipping and customs costs, all shown in the quote before you commit.
05Do you handle customs in Azerbaijan?
Yes. Our Baku team prepares the declarations and certificates and clears the goods.
06Which documents do I need for customs?
Usually the contract, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and product certificates. We prepare or collect all of them.
07Do you check quality before shipping?
Every order gets a pre-shipment inspection with a photo report. In-line inspections are available for larger production runs.
08Can you inspect a factory before I order?
Yes. A factory check covers licences, equipment, samples and real capacity, with a written report within three working days.
