1. Who we are
Bormark Supply ("we") is a China → Azerbaijan supply partner with offices in Guangzhou and Baku. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: hello@bormarksupply.com.
2. What we collect
Data you give us in the quote and contact forms: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail and the details of your request.
Technical data: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) if you accept analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the order you place with us (contract).
To improve the website, based on aggregated statistics (consent).
To meet accounting, customs and tax obligations (legal obligation).
4. Cookies and local storage
The website stores your language and your cookie choice in your browser. Analytics runs only after you accept it and works without cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Who we share it with
Our own teams in Guangzhou and Baku, and the suppliers, carriers and customs brokers needed to fulfil your order. Hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel Inc. We never sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Because we buy in China and deliver to Azerbaijan, data needed for an order is shared between these countries and with our hosting provider, with appropriate safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. Order and invoice data is kept for as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@bormarksupply.com.
9. Changes
We will publish any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
